New Project Part 3

Here is some more photo's after the last inspection with the changes that the city asked me to make. Like making the west fascia only 4" from the face of the wall. Do to the fact that it is seating so close to the property line. I could fight it but it would've cost $2,000.00 for a new survey of the property. Maybe later for that. Now it's time to move on and get this project finished before it snows if possible.

New Project Part 2

Here is some more photo's. These are for the framing stage of the project and some of the more finished part also like the attic that I have added to the project. I mean why not spend a little more money in the beginning and gain more space in the end. It almost doubles your storage space and I think it will keep the garage part cleaner so that you will be able to move around your cars when they get parked in there.

New Project

The newest project. I started back in March,2008. This Detached Garage is 24' x 35' with Attic space above which is 14' x35' x7' of standing room. I hope to have it button up before the snow flies this winter. But I will have to wait to see what the building department has to say about that? I will add more images to this blog so that you will be able to see the progress on it and the finished project. I'm hoping to get the roof on next week we'll have see about that?
